What types of materials do you use?
I use professional grade framed canvases. These works are either painted white on the sides or with colors used in the paintings. They can be wired to hang or can be hung directly on the canvas frames by nails. Canvas paintings are varnished to protect the paint from scratching and/or fading. I also paint on heavyweight Arches® Fine Art Paper which is cold-pressed and acid free. All paintings may be signed on the front, back, or both.
What is your shipping Policy?
Oversized canvases (over 48" on any side) will be removed from their wooden frames, rolled and shipped in a tube to be re-stretched upon receipt. I package and send my artwork via ground shipping within 5-7 business days from receipt of your order. I do ship Internationally, but please contact me in advance for the pricing.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
I want you to be happy with your purchase so I'm happy to accept returns and issue a refund but you'll need to alert me and ship the artwork back to me within 7 days in the same condition it was when I sent it to you. In this case I do not reimburse for the return shipping process. Any damages incurred during shipping must be accompanied by photo documentation in order to properly file a claim. Only in that case I will cover the return shipping.
Do you offer private studio visits or tours?
Absolutely! I love welcoming art enthusiasts, potential buyers and designers to my indoor and outdoor studios in Pacific Palisades. Feel free to contact me with a request to arrange this.
Do you do commissions or custom paintings?
Yes. I love to! I enjoy creating custom pieces to fit the needs of a particular space. I can also replicate any of my paintings that have been sold or are not for sale or reverse from color to black and white vice versa.
Why do the colors of the painting look different in person than they do on my computer/mobile device?
It is important to note that the colors in your painting can look different depending on room lighting, your computer or mobile device's settings as well as the lighting at the time the painting was photographed. I make every effort to accurately depict my painting's true colors.
